For the Electron Microscopy Unit (BeEM) at the Hamburg University of Technology, we are looking for a research assistant within the framework of the Collaborative Research Center (SFB 1615) “SMART Reactors for the Process Engineering of the Future”.
A major key to success in facing climate change and creating more resilient supply chains is the transformation of feedstocks from fossil resources to renewable raw materials. Led by the Hamburg University of Technology, the CRC 1615 is developing processes and reactors that respond
flexibly to the fluctuating properties of renewable raw materials, thus enabling self-adapting, more resilient process engineering.
BeEM provides modern equipment, methods and expertise in the field of electron microscopy and microanalysis to the entire TUHH and other public institutions. As a central scientific operating unit, the BeEM develops methods and techniques for electron microscopy, participates in interdisciplinary research projects and carries out its own research work
